The fruit vinegars provide a surprising mixture of flavors- a sourness moderated by the sweetness of the fruit inside. All of the fruit vinegars are recommended to be used in a vinaigrette salad dressing. Also advised is to include the original fruit of the vinegar in the salad, thus enhancing the flavor, texture and appearance.
