Today, Charlie was making the most delicious stuffed fish I have ever seen. We like to call them “Salmon Neptune” and our “Stuffed Tilapia Fillets”.

Salmon Neptune consists of Lemon and Dill Stuffing with Sauteed Onions, Shrimp and Crab Meat. You cook these for 15-18 minutes at 375…and voila, a delicious meal served.

Or..our Stuffed Tilapia Fillets. Brush with olive oil and season to taste (lemon and pepper work as well). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
