WHAT’S BAKING FOR FATHER’S DAY
CHOCOLATE GANACHE CAKE: This is our rich, not too sweet, elegant chocolate cake that is filled and glazed with chocolate ganache.
JELLY ROLL: A light sponge cake rolled with fresh whipped cream and an assortment of berries.
BLACK AND WHITE MOUSSE CAKE: Vanilla and chocolate cake, and filled with dark and white chocolate mousse. Decorated with chocolate-dipped strawberries.
MANGO MOUSSE CAKE: Vanilla cake filled with a mango mousse. Decorated with mango slices and white chocolate.
BLACK FOREST CAKE: Cherries and chocolate are a beautiful combination! Kirsch-brushed chocolate cake filled with our cooked cherry filling and whipped cream.
HOLE-IN-ONE CAKE: Our white cake filled with vanilla icing, complete with a white chocolate golf ball just about to drop into the hole.
NEW YORK STYLE CHEESECAKE: Taller than our regular cheesecake, with a sour cream layer on top, as well as a profusion of fresh fruit and berries.
CHERRY CHEESECAKE: Vanilla cheesecake topped with our cooked sour cherry topping.
TURTLE CHEESECAKE: Pecan crust filled with cream cheese, swirled with ganache, caramel, and candied pecans.
LEMON MERINGUE PIE: What makes our so special is that they are totally made from scratch, starting with juicing the lemons and ending with egg whites.
PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE: Caramel topping in the bottom of the pan, followed by rings of fresh pineapple and maraschino cherries, then buttercake batter poured over top. After they are baked they are flipped upside-down and finished with apricot glaze.
AMARENA CHERRY FLAN: Shortbread crust baked in a deep flan pan, filled with almond cream and studded with Amarena cherries, baked to perfection and finished with a apricot glaze
