Dear Folks at the Village Kitchen,

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much I love your fantastic chicken noodle soup. I've been buying it at The Harvest Barn on 4th Avenue in St. Catharines, Ont. for quite a while now. I realize there are many other soups there but I can't get passed the chicken noodle. I will eventually try others.
Please don't ever change the chicken noodle soup, it is perfect the way it is. I lost my mom 4 years ago and her chicken soup was always so comforting. I don't seem to have the knack for making soup and really appreciate that you make it and I can buy it.
I would like to know if there are any other outlets for you soup in my area or even surrounding areas, so I can let my friends know.

Sincerely,
Sharon Clark

Dear Sir or Madam,

I was recently served one of your soups followed by an entree at the house of a friend and was considerably impressed by the excellent taste and the overall high quality.
I would accordingly like to receive your advice as to where I can purchase your products in the Toronto area.

Yours Sincerely,
Diana Purdon

I am a very lucky lady as I happened upon your marvelous products at Kilborn's in Westport. Everything I have tasted, my entire family loves and they are hard to please.
I was just wondering if there would be a store closer to me.
I am in Kingston. Does anyone in Kingston sell your products? If not, other than travelling to Unionville, how does one purchase them. Lynn Van Winckle.

I usually don't like cranberry sauce but your cranberry brandy sauce was so good.

Dear Sirs:
I just wanted to let you know about the FABULOUS service I received yesterday at your store. I love shopping there and your excellent service is part of the reason.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the young man who served me, but he is in/or has just completed, his second year at York and he was working at the deli counter.

He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and so polite!!!! And he could carry on a conversation as well.

So please thank him for me.

The second person who helped was a dark haired cashier. I bought a package of "instant Risotto" and asked her to read how to prepare it because I didn't have my glasses. She read it in detail to me which was ok, but it took time. Maybe I should have asked if I need to buy additional ingredients.

The young lady at the bakery counter was also nice.

So congratulations on your ability to hire and .....hopefully train.... your staff. They are great!!!!!!
